No problem Idaholand, I completely understand and I do sincerely apologize that we have missed a lot of completion estimation dates for you. We have already keyed the refund(s) on the ELA, TI and Strata and you should see those post back to your account in 2-3 business days. The cap and button you have too you can send in for a refund, no problem. We wish you well in your search and enjoyed having you on the forum very much.
For the rest still waiting, The end is near though, all these pending orders of Stratas and ELA, and Simplicities are all coming to a close very quickly now. The update thread I posted is still very much accurate within a day or so. The remaining 10 Titanium's we should have all done tonight and in the mail in the morning. P+ Stratas the extra long posts are done and we should have those shipped out tomorrow (may run into Thursday, but very close, assembling and packaging on those today). The Simplicities and Simplicity Stratas I still believe I can get shipped out by weeks end and the ELA's we should have all finished up by months end. Its the best we can do. I wish I was better at estimating, but I can't make it go any faster with the three of us. The light at the end of the tunnel is very near though.
