If you're worried about scratches and you carry your PV in your pocket I would not recommend the polished Ti.

As far as the 18350 Ti, my understanding is that there was only a single run of 32 and there aren't any plans to do anymore.

What about the SuperT Felt PV Carry Pouch that your mod came with? I always carry my mods in one when leaving the house...Scratch free.... I have a dozen of them as back ups... They last several months before the fabric wears out...
