WOW -- CONGRATS to Walt for the great rating on the RY4!!! Some people work for years to get up to a really good RY4 - it's amazing it happened so fast! Nice work, Walt - really speaks to your abilities~ So glad I ordered a bottle last week and it is now on its way to me!

Walt has that magic touch. I have a serious addiction to his e juice :p

I requested mine 50/50 because any higher pg kills my throat and makes me so thirsty I can't quench the thirst. I might request higher vg in the future but I also know from experimentation with one vendor, same flavor, one more pg, one more vg and they did not taste even remotely like the same juice. Steeping might help, but it sure was different. The higher pg, however more tasty, makes me more thirsty than the higher vg.

So Um Yea gotta ask when I find the flavor of juice I love with you how much would it cost for a 2 week steeped one of these?!,

I don't have any extra laying around right now but once I pull some out I would be glad to put in a batch. Just let me know and I can work it in to my rotation. No extra charge just gotta make sure you get enough in bulk to fill it at least 25% of a 1 litter one up lol (240ml)

so how much does that drum hold and how much is your juice by the drum????????

We use 1 to 25 L drums. The price of the drums range from $70 -> $200 per (that is the drum alone)

So doing some math... That would be about $9158 for a whole 25L drum o_O LOL
I think that may be overkill HA

OK I am starting to spam my own thread. If someone wants to take over an oak barrel I have 2 extras I am not using.

Both are 1L but I would allow you to customize your own blends and put them in here. You would have a choice to keep the filled barrel, or have me bottle it for you. (if you keep the barrel I would only charge you what I paid for it)

Before bottling we use a special stainless steel drum. These are like what you find Olive Oil in:

56063_large.jpg

From there it goes in to a storage room for 48 hours and waits to be used. This room is always kept darker and cool. We do not allow sun light to heat the metal in anyway. Now I do not leave them uncovered. I find that when you do this dust and other things could fall in to the mix... EWw

The goal is to allow everything to infuse together. The different elements do not mix well together so sometimes we do come in and will spin turn them around a but to mix them up every so often.

The best time to wait in 2 weeks in my testing. Due to the nature of the business we sadly can not wait that long but can promise you 48 hours minimum. If a flavor is not used a lot it normally is left to steep longer.

Hope this helps.

Walt

2 weeks. You age it for 2 days, average delivery to my house is at least another 5 so that's why mine aren't changing a whole lot after a week. They were half way to perfect when they showed up in the mailbox :)
I keep reading how with other vendors you've got to do this, jump that, move a planet or 2 but only on Juvember 32 of a leap year at oh dark thirty in the morning during a new moon to get them aged right.
With yours I open the postal envelope, fill a tank, enjoy.
I use an itaste battery and clearomizers because it's easier than searching for my cigarettes.
I vape Killer Juice only because it's easier than using an itaste battery and clearomizers AND tastes a lot better than a cigarette.
