Sure thing Jason. Where to begin... first it took him 5 days to ship the order. It states on his site that orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours. When I confronted him on this, he pretty much blew me off and added all these stipulations.
Also, when I complained about his juices before I even mentioned this he never replied. There are many things he did that just rubbed me the wrong way. He just didn't seem like he cared. Which is fine, I just want others to know about it. Its true not everyone can be happy, but to my standards he reacted very poorly. I wouldn't even bother to mention this because I'm lazy and very lenient and patient with vendors. But he left such a bad taste in my mouth that I feel others should know. I looked through a lot of the posts here, most of you seem more than content. To each their own, but I'm just letting others know who haven't tried it yet that I had more than an average bad experience from here.
Food for thought Walter. Instead of making excuses, try to be more apologetic and seem like you care instead of trying to blow people off. "The customers always right, even when they're wrong they're right." Good adage to live by in business.
Also, I am sending these juices back to him. To show I'm not just making stuff up and bluffing. I don't want anything in return. I wish all of you could try out the juices I have here, so you know exactly what I'm referring to.
