Seriously though, this stuff sells itself. A month ago, I was trying your juice for the first time. Fast-forward and I'm now the de-facto leader of a full-blown KJ co-op out here.

No sorry clnire, the custard is super pricey to make and will not be on sale until I can get the cost down :/

Right now I am still working on the label and getting it setup on the site. It should be there tomorrow morning, or super late tonight depending on how many red bulls I have.

No Walt, I did not mean custard at a sale price. I am happy to purchase at full price! Just meant would it be up before the sale is over so I could include a bottle, at full price whatever it is, with an order for some flavors that are on sale? Sounds like I might be able to include some in my pending order. Thanks!

Hi everyone. There's a new vendor on ECF called Killer Liquid - I'm sure they're ok, but they're not Killer Juice!
If you're recommending or referring or reviewing, just make sure you say the whole name!

Thanks for the heads up. I put Killer juice and killer-juice.com in the tittle of my most recent review here .I wasn't sure if I could post a link ( didn't want to chance breaking a ECF rule ) so I put it in the tittle .

Hey clnire, I would tell you yes but the cost for that bottle will be a bit more. To make the custard right we had to order in some special mixes.

What I can do is send you a free shipping code to use after the sale. That way I can add it on to your order afterwards.

Sorry if this is complicated, just the site is not quite ready for it yet.

Not to be rude, but I'm actually surprised at all this positive feedback from Killer-juice. Makes me wonder? Minions maybe?

I received 2 bottles from them(2 weeks later, but that's a separate matter), Kinky cherry and juicy fruit. Both are almost tasteless. Juicy fruit is slightly sweeter, but other than that I couldn't tell them apart. They don't even smell like anything... From experience I know that steeping this will do nothing.

I've tried many vendors, from high end to the cheapest stuff u can find that's made in America. I must say this is the most disappointing juice I've ever received, and that's saying a lot. I have bought a lot of low quality stuff. It's not because it tastes bad, its because there is hardly any taste at all! So don't believe all the hype. Plenty of other vendors out there with comparable and even cheaper prices with much better quality and more importantly, customer service.

Per our conversations via email, and the fraudulent PayPal case you opened, I can only apologize so much for any troubles you have had with our company or USPS.

If you are having problems with the flavors (this was never mentioned in our emails) please allow them some more time to steep and make sure you shake them very well before use.

I have no interest in continuing our argument but thank you for your feedback. Not everyone juice is right for every person and I hope you find what you are looking for from one of the other great vendors on ECF.

It's pretty simple...those of us who like his juice, like his prices, and like his customer service support his business. Apparently it was not a good fit for you. Regrettable, but not tragic. Plenty of good, even great businesses, lose customers every day due to one thing or another.

If Killer Juice isn't for you, I don't think you'll find much enjoyment in this thread, but I also doubt you'll be offending anyone or be bashed about it because of how you feel. Buy the juice that makes you smile, and it's all good.

You reference better customer service...can you give an example of how Walt's was poor, or how another company's was better? If you were somehow put off by something about the way KJ treated you, did you contact him to see if it could be made right? Just curious.

Walt posted his while I was typing mine. Knowing that there is history behind this story makes me much less inclined to sound so "c'est la vie" with James in this situation. There are certainly other, better avenues to air dirty laundry about businesses with whom you have a problem than on a thread that is obviously created to discuss and promote a company. Sounds like Walt made a good faith effort to reach out, apologize and make it right.

Sure thing Jason. Where to begin... first it took him 5 days to ship the order. It states on his site that orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours. When I confronted him on this, he pretty much blew me off and added all these stipulations.

Also, when I complained about his juices before I even mentioned this he never replied. There are many things he did that just rubbed me the wrong way. He just didn't seem like he cared. Which is fine, I just want others to know about it. Its true not everyone can be happy, but to my standards he reacted very poorly. I wouldn't even bother to mention this because I'm lazy and very lenient and patient with vendors. But he left such a bad taste in my mouth that I feel others should know. I looked through a lot of the posts here, most of you seem more than content. To each their own, but I'm just letting others know who haven't tried it yet that I had more than an average bad experience from here.

Also, I am sending these juices back to him. To show I'm not just making stuff up and bluffing. I don't want anything in return. I wish all of you could try out the juices I have here, so you know exactly what I'm referring to.

sorry to hear you had a bad experience James......in any and all interaction I have had with Walt he has never come across as uncaring.....I am not saying you did not get that impression when you were dealing with him but it has never been my experience.....the two problems I had Walt was very quick to rectify and went above and beyond what I would expect......once again I am not belittling your comments or saying they are false and you are certainly entitled to your opinion but I would say you do seem to be the lone person that has had such a bad experience with Walt and Killer Juice at least here in the ECF group

Instead of blindly complaining that YOU didn't get treated exactly how YOU feel entitled to be treated and had actually entered into a non-combative conversation with Walt or his people, I bet you would have discovered that KJ was undergoing a perfect storm of nasty weather conditions which slowed shipping times to a crawl, compounded by a USPS SNAFU which he has addressed previously on this thread...and subsequently performed a little "expectation management".

After more than a decade in the high-end service industry, I can tell you that the phrase "The customer is always right" is used by unreasonable people hiding behind it to fight their battles for them 90% of the time...I think they believe it's some kind of trump card that no longer requires them to be fully-functional, reasonable, and logical when entering into a goods-for-services agreement. I much prefer the phrase "The customer is NOT always right...but they ARE always the customer". As the customer, vote with your dollars. It's one of the beauties of a free-enterprise system.

Don't bother sending the juices back to him unless he requested it...had you read very far back into this thread you would see that he maintains a sample from every single batch he sells for just this purpose.

Just a quick side note.
Sorry I am avoiding the drama as much as I can. I feel it was already taken care of and we honestly tried our best :p

So I ran out of yellow bubble envelopes. Some of you may get your packages in 1 HUGE blue plastic bubble wrap one... Even if you ordered 1 bottle. It looks funny but hey, we are still shipping ha!
