ever since i got my mvp, it's been the most satisfying vape i've gotten from any device i've ever tried. as a result, i've been vaping much more frequently, like 1.5-2.0mL of e juice per day. a week later i started noticing that i was coughing up mucus, which started from a cloudy white to yellow to now green. perhaps i should ease off a bit? and for some history, before vaping, i smoked socially. once i got my ego c, i maybe smoked 10-15 cigarettes during a 5 month period. and i've had maybe 2-3 cigarettes since getting my mvp which has been a 3 or so weeks now. my e juice has always been around the realm of 50/50 pg/vg. anyone experiencing anything similar?

i'm sure it's your lungs purging a lot of the harsh things associated with smoking

it should start turning yellow, then clear

green usually suggests you have some sort of infection

I think you missed this part:

i started noticing that i was coughing up mucus, which started from a cloudy white to yellow to now green

yeah maybe i'm sick and it came around the same time i got my mvp as a coincidence. perhaps webmd is where i should go lol

edit: "When you have a cold, your immune system sends white blood cells called neutrophils rushing to the area. These cells contain a greenish-colored enzyme, and in large numbers they can turn the mucus the same color." (webmd)

i guess i am denial about having a cold since i feel fine. oh well, decongestant time.

Hopefully, you will see a doctor. However, the green mucous exudate could be a sign of irritated lung tissue and/ or a bacteria infection of the lungs. The usual culprits related to green exudate are:
Colds
Flu (infleunza)
Hay fever
Sinusitis
Acute bronchitis
COPD , particularly in chronic bronchitis
Bronchiectasis
Pneumonia
Lung abscess
Cystic fibrosi
Not limited to these conditions. It can variate depending on one's health.
The color: Green: is associated with Neutrophil activity. It could be caused by a invading pathogen. Lastly, it could be caused by a inflammatory response.
Bottom line: Rule out infection by seeking medical advice. Hope you feel better.
However, I would like to reply to your question. I have had green exudate without infection. I concluded it was due to heavy lung irritation from the vg% E-liquid I purchased when I first started vaping. I found out I was having adverse effects from vaping higher vg.

Yup..used to get nasal and chest infections ALOT while smoking...usually brought on by alergies and heavy mucus production and NOT using a nasal rinse to bust up the goo

When I started feeling the "chest infection" funk coming on I usually double dose mucinex for a day or so...cough all the yuck up, but only AFTER I use my sinugator and double packet saline mix in distilled water to wash out my nasal cavity (having nasal infection drain into my chest is usually where the infection starts from)

After I quit smoking...I noticed the symptoms of my allergies are heavily reduced, and I haven't gotten a chest infection like I normally do during hayfever season
