The center pin issue is the only complaint I have with the MVP. I solved it by putting an airflow controller on it. This serves to not only fix the center pin issue but also saves the threads in the connector. Airflow controllers are cheap (about $3.50) and since I only use 510 devices now I never take mine off.

I've had connectivity issues with a couple clearos(that were easily solved). That's about my only complaint. The button is NOT too hard to push (on mine at least) and I'm a complete weakling.

$50 at a B&M almost seems too good to be true. Make sure it's not a leftover MVP1! If is is an MVP2...snag it!

My only complaint is that the MVP2 took all the fun out of using my charger every day.

On the serious side I have not found a issue using a Evod clearomizer on it. I still use a Evod but mostly my Mini PT2's and PT2. Yesterday I received a iClear 16B which is a ego thread and it works fine on my MVP2.

I have to agree with Pocha about the fire button as the newer MVP2's have a easy fire button on them.

Center pin issue with mine. The iclear 30 stopped working. Then I started having issues with iclear 16's. Pried the pin up a bit yesterday and had the iclear 30 working again. But then earlier today it was reading a normal resistance but wasn't firing right.

But for the past 2 months it has been great. if 101vape had stock I'd probably order another one.

I just got mine yesterday so take my observations with a grain of salt.
So far I really like it. I ordered it online without ever holding one. It's smaller than I thought it would be.
The button rattle thing. I have read about it before but never noticed it (again one day) till I held it up to my ear and shook it.
Yep the buttons on the menu do have a teenie rattle. I would have never noticed it if I hadn't tried to make it rattle.
Paid $42.99 shipped and so far my other stuff is just sitting on the counter in the kitchen.
I'm diggin it.:vapor:

I'm still amazed at how well the cheap starter egos work compared to the cigalikes of 3 years ago. Until I get my MVP in my hand, I plan on using the ego with vivi nova at work.

Hurry up USPS!

Yes, they work great, but once you get the MVP, you are going to want to take it with you everywhere. So I recommend a second one that you rotate through....or if the form factor doesn't make MVP practical at work, get it's little brother the VV3.....No need to sacrifice vape quality for an eGo form factor.....
