I would definitely buy an eGo. In fact, I did but two kits from China to try them out, but then ended up winning a new mod and getting a great deal on another. I sold the eGos, but still kept an extra battery and cone to try out. After using the ego for a couple of days, I'm finding that the other mods are sitting unused for most of the day. So I'll probably be getting another eGo

The real issue is that no matter which you get, you will then spend time wondering what the other is like. I'd buy the eGo if I could only have one, though.

Here is a webpage that lists a whole lot of mods,
including the new cartridges that use no filler at all (It's the last one at the bottom of the list):

Google Image Result for http://www.e-savuke.com/kuvat/modit/joker.jpg

I was getting interested in the eGo, I think the cone is a great idea, making it look more like a cigarette and not so much like an inhaler spray can. The only problem is that I think the batteries inside of it are not replaceable. Is that true?

I was so close to ordering one, but I rather not, sorry. I think replaceable batteries are definitely important. The closest one with them may just be the new Joker, I just wish the Joker was about the size of an eGo.

Has anyone here at ECF tried the filler-less reservoirs yet? So far I think only ZFMvapors has them, and I have never heard of them, they're probably new, but they're not registered with ECF either.
Anyway, I just mentioned the reservoir because once I get a mod that looks like an eGo, but with replaceable batteries, cartrides that last a long time will be so improtant too.

[edit. Update: I may try the eGo, after all, I'm posting below today about this (May20)]

ZFMvapors is the Zero Foam Mod that member (he is registered here) ScottyBalls sells for the cartridge. They do work well in fact. I have the stuff he makes them out of and make my own on occasion. However, I ended up just switching to dripping for the most part. Funniest thing is, I am sitting here vaping on a new Tornado/eGo with a ZFM cart mod as I type this. Very nice vape IMO. This is coming from someone who enjoys HV or LR atty on a 18650 mod.

On another forum, someone modded their screwdriver to use the tornego cone using a bad tornado battery to have a place to screw it on. I only mention it, because it looks classy like the tornado/eGo and has replacable batteries, vice proprietary. It looks very good in fact, and now after using a Tornego, I seem to think the cone actually has a funtion; It forces me to keep my drag slow and not to hard, holds heat more, and hides and stray leakage. For the first time I am tasting the RY4 I had purchased a while back, and it's actually good.

I just ordered one from Drew at Nhaler. It was in the mail within a couple of hours of my ordering. Great customer service and I hope I love it as much as you all say. I think I'm only one or two days away from Nhaler by USPS so hopefully I'll know soon![/QUOTE]

My eGo from Nhaler is slightly different in build quality than my eGo from Janty. The Derlin shorty drip tip, when attached, will not allow the cone to be placed over the Nhaler version, whereas it fits perfectly with the Janty eGo.

The top of the cone on the Nhaler model is too narrow in diameter to fit over the drip tip. Even with regular tips, unscrewing the cone sometimes removes the whole atomizer as well.

A great PV device nonetheless.

I just got an Ego, after using a normal 510 with the big batteries.

I also added a low resistance atomizer (1.5 ohms.)

What an improvement ! Tons of vapor, good taste, etc.

It also looks good and has a very nice feel to it.

What's amazing is that it goes all day on the battery, even with the low R atomizer !
And the battery charges in less than an hour.(I vape about 2 ml a day.)

Highly recommend this.

By the way, I only bought one. All from heaven-gifts. One battery, one low R atomizer (although I can also use my old 510 atomizers), one cone, and a fast USB charger.
I'll be adding another one soon. Buying them separately is cheaper than buying a kit, for some reason.

I wouldn't leave out the cone. It looks and feels good and it's only a few dollars.

The best part of buying the parts separately is that you can build your kit with the LR atties. This is the first I've tried them and they are great on the eGo.

Ok, I think I will try the ego after all! I corrected my post above to reflect this. What I didn't like was the fact that the internal batteries are not replaceable, but the price on the eGo is so good. When I get one, it will not be the kit though.

I have seen them for 20some bucks, and around $5 or less for the cone. The cone I can keep, and just replace the unit for about $20 or so.
