To Empty a Pre-filled

I have several 36mg prefilled V4L cartos that I have no interest in. They aren't bad, it's just that I don't really vape at that mg.

I got them as part of a trade.

My question is, could I reverse Taryn spin these, empty them out, wash them, and then have "blanks?"

I have nearly 100 of them, and I don't want to waste them, so would I be able to clean them out as described above?

I know they have the hard tops, but after a wash I could still do the condom fill method, right?

Ya might want to wash them out a couple of times.

If they have the glued on hard tops....they need to be removed before boiling, if that is what you plan to do.....then you can fill however you want to : )
