To RTA or not to RTA

Hey guys,

Just looking for some basic knowledge about rta 's. I love building on my twisted messes, but having to stop and drip every so often is a hassle expecially at work. Is this the main difference between the two or am I missing something?

Pretty much, which is why I'm an rta gal. RDAs have larger build decks, too, in general, although there are now some 25-30mm RTAs with huge decks like the VCMT and Ohmega BFT.

Of the 22mm attys, the MT and Griffin have good sized decks.

There was a time when RDAs and RTAs had quite a gulf between them. Those days are, for the more part, gone. Newer RTAs come very close to mimicking the vapor and flavor produced by an rda without having to drip every couple minutes. Further, as @roxynoodle said, the deck on the newer RTAs are more than capable of housing complex builds. I run simple Clapton coils in most of my tanks...

I have a twisted messes. If you want a huge deck and post holes like that, get one of the 30mm RTAs.

I vote "to" I like the MT and the Advken Ωega. I have no trouble fitting Clapton builds on them.

I have claptons in almost all of my RTAs, but the Twisted Messes is pretty crazy

Did you make your own or buy premade wire? That FT wire I got from FT is beyond springy. If you got premade, can you show me a link?

Kidney Puncher has small gauges now in 316L so I may just make my own like I do with kanthal.
