You could try these:

SMOKTech 510 Dual Coil Tank Combo

The price is about $18, but this is for the tank AND 5 pre-holed out cartomizers. The tank itself is under $5 on this site if you wanted to punch your own cartos. I have not tried these yet. I put up a post yesterday asking for reviews, but thus far no one has responded.

I'M not into cart tanks im into Ce2 type tanks with that said parkes vaping has both and i hear the chibi-tank for cart works leak free , i use the acorn tabk.
Chibi tank with pre-installed cart i believe is 10 bucks and can be bought there cheaper simply without the cart.
Course one can be made as well .

Huhhh?????????? the tank is the same tank for either CE2 or carto. the tank don't care which atty you put into it.

Those cart are specific for that tank, i see that is mentioned and when one zooms in on the cart 510 connection i notice a flange on it where it meets the tube.
Hmm i wonder then if a regular cart will fit.
Stormy im not sure but the dual is in reference to dual coil not dual combo for c2s i would ask them before purchase.
One thing i know as i purchase my monthly e-juice from them for the last 6 months is the shipping is quick and service reliable i have never had a problem as of yet with that vendor.

Of course it is possible that someone is making a tank that is specific to a given brand/type of carto but with that said. If the tank has an inside O ring then it shouldn't matter if it is a CE2 or a Boge. the diameter of the cartos are all the same.
I switch between CE2s and dual coils all the time.

The OP wanted to know where to get a tank for less than 15 bucks. That is kinda like wanting to buy a ProVari for less than 50 bucks. I'm getting to the point now where I am rather flattered that everyone sells tanks, But like anything you buy, "You get what you pay for". Quality always speaks for itself. You wouldn't expect someone wanting to try e-cigs for the first time to be converted if you gave them one of those crappy disposable thingys. @ the OP, If you want a good tank experience, get a quality one.

Edit:
I'm not at all saying that AltSmoke's tank is not good (I don't know what they have) Just that 15 or 20 bucks will not get you quality. It's only that someone posted about that brand before I posted this.

I use the chibi tank from parksvaping.. super simple and super cheap and it works great! $8 for a chibi tank that comes with a prepunched carto already in it! I was never really interested in tanks because I was a bottom feeder and the fact that the first ones cost upwards of $25! I'm glad to see the price is coming down.

About Chibi Acorn tanks. I read many people in the worst products thread mentioned CE2 cartos. Are you sure they aren't bad?? Acorn tank is cheap and doesn't need syringe to fill. So I want to buy it. Any advice??

I too wondered about the acorn tank.. it looks like it would give a better flavor with no filler.. but I was never a fan of ce2.. so I got the chibi instead

How is that any relation? I know they're some "Quality" tanks for more $$$ but just to feed a curiosity I think that $15 bucks or less is prime. I know we as vapers spent a whole lot of money (me included) just to find their sweet spot. So asking for advice and the best deal would be best instead of investing on something I'll never use again.

For me anyway the tank deal didn't live up to what I was hoping it was going to be. I tried the Big Daddy vapor Lil Mama tank and a 10 dollar narrow model that fit better on Ego batteries, I tried multiple brands of cartomizers punched with anywhere from 1 to 3 holes, one of my major complaints was the slight metallic taste with all of them...Boge, Smoktech etc...the other issue was liquid viscosity, it was difficult to gauge the proper hole size, number of holes depending on liquid viscosity, flooding or just not enough liquid was a constant battle.

I'm sure many tank users have figured out the magic combo, I'm not one of them.

Both of my tanks are for sale, I have a saddle valve hole punch and a bunch of new carto's if you want to give it a shot, I'll give you everything I have for 55 bucks shipped...the whole of it cost me about 90 bucks.

What are there problems brother??

They have fixed most all of the things we complained about in the past year.
now the only problem I have is the occasional starving wick. kinda a burnt taste. easy to fix. just take out the rubber around the ceramic and cut the wick notches a bit bigger. I think with the mass production that sometimes they cram it in a bit off and pinch the wick. And in the past they would almost always last a month or more before the taste would go off. some people would clean them with everclear. I just tossed them. but this last 25 I got some would go open and stop working after only a day or two. (not many but a few) At 5 for 10 bucks I felt that just tossing them after a month was reasonable. After all they are sold as disposable.

Just to see if you like it,, nothing wrong with that at all, unless you get a cheap POS and it turns you off from an otherwise good thing. That's all I was trying to say. Some people have had problems with leaking, or rubber taste and tubes cracking. That would be enough to turn even me away from them and I am the one that started this whole tank thingy. (along with MAP).
