For those of you having flooding / gurgling issues with the Nautlius Mini (BVC), I found a solution that worked well for me. When I first started using the nautilus Mini I had similar issues, but since doing a few simple things I haven't had a single problem.

1 - Screw the BVC coil directly into the top cap's center post - NOT the threaded bottom cap with air flow adjuster.
2 - Fill the tank well beyond the 2mm line, almost to the top of the tank, but leave about 1mm of space - you don't want it to overflow when you screw the bottom on.
3 - Screw the bottom cap onto the tank, take a couple of hard dry pulls (without pushing the button) and let it sit vertically for 30 minutes.
4 - Do not use the smallest air hole to start out with. I use the second-smallest air hole for the first hour or so. Use a bigger hole if you want to.
5 - Start out at a lower voltage than you will vape at once the coil is broken in. I start out at about 3.8V and work my way up to 4.6V (my desired setting) over the course of a day.

NOTE - Sometimes the first few draws will have a bit of a gurgle, but it will go away after 5-10 pulls.

If you're still having issues after this, I would assume your juice is too thin. I use 100% VG that is thinned (from Virgin Vapors) and it wicks flawlessly without flooding. Virgin's 100% VG juice is substantially thinner than traditional VG juices, but still quite a bit thicker than high PG juices.

Once I started filling tanks using the above steps, I haven't had a single issue. Hope this helps.

Through trial and error I did the same things as Anarchy posted above and it does work. Thinking of going with a different tank/coil, the new Heatvape Ceram. I think the aspire bvc coils require a lot fine tuning to work. I would rather just put a coil in and vape. We should not have to fine tune/fiddle with the whole set up and come up with a formula so it works right. In addition to that the ohms jump up too.

It does not matter if I put a couple of drops down into the coil, let is sit overnight with juice in tank, start at lowest watt setting and progressively take the wattage up. The ohm will still jump up a notch or two after a day. I vape 50/50 semi clear to amber juices. The first BVC read 1.9 and a day later was up to 2.1,so I replaced it with another BVC. That one started at 1.8 and a day later was at 2.0. So I put that one aside and put a new BVC coil in, this one started reading 1.7 and a day later is reading 1.8. So maybe the ohm jumps are normal and coil is still good, who knows.

So I never know if I loose flavor due to coil or vapers fatigue. But I will say I will vape on and find a tank and coil combo that will work for me. No wonder a lot of people just build their own.
