I was not tobacco person myself so can't help you much. but I mix them for my friends and so far TPA's MLB type (I bought it from ecigexpress.com and might be same as M-Type Premium Tobacco Blend in TPA site) and DK Tobacco and FA's Maxboro is popular. they say Maxboro is bit sweet side.
I have tried TPA's RY4 but I didnt taste much tobacco to me. kinda fruity? not harsh smell like other tobacco flavor either.

They are very concentrated. I use the tabacoish aromes at 5%. You are buying directly from the producer, so it is more concentrated as buying it from some resellers. Of course other resellers will sell it just as is, but you can´t be sure untill you get it. Or you buy it from a reseller you know, or who has a good reputation.

For a good 555 flavor I found using FA Nut Mix at 3%, TPA Hazelnut at 4% and DK Tobacco at 2%. Excellent nutty flavor just like a 555 should be. I like my flavors a bit strong so some might want to cut back on the nut mix and hazelnut a little. I stumbled upon this by accident when I first made a batch of just the nut mix and hazelnut and discovered it tasted a lot like V4L Wow 555. Then I added some tobacco flavor. I'm still tweaking the recipe but it's very close as is.

I really like this 555 (3&5) flavoring and have just ordered another bottle since it's ON SALE right now.
It is NOT concentrated so the 20-40 percent mix is about right. Ecigbestsave: Tobacco Flavorings, E-Juice Flavorings

This time I've also added the Ry4 flavoring to my order.

Ecigbestsave offers 1st class shipping for the smaller orders and I've not seen these offered anywhere else except the Health Cabin (I think it was).

For actual tobacco mixes I like Seedman Commercial concentrate -- it's available from Seedman or BlueMist (and probably other places). I use it at about 12%. For a mellow tobacco, use 3% TPA hazelnut, then add 2 drops of TA diluted per 10ml. For a firm mix I leave out the Hazelnut and switch to 4 drops TA diluted per 10 ml.

I use a lot of FlavourArt tobacco flavorings. I mix single flavors, steep them thoroughly and then use them in combination with each other and with other flavors. Another three days of steeping after mixing the recipe seems to do the trick.

Don't skimp on steeping, because it's necessary to get the best taste from tobaccos. I thought FA Camtel tasted awful the first time I used it, but then I tried it again after it had sat for months and really liked it. I have a 60mL bottle of it steeping now.

I'm a huge fan of the FA tobacco flavors. Just make sure you mix them above the recommended concentration, as this brings out the true flavor. I mix most of mine around 7-8%. And of course you have to steep these for a while, as the post above suggests. Desert Ship is my favorite, but it seems to be a hit or miss flavor for people. Virginia works great as a base tobacco flavor for making your own tobacco mixes, like Honey Cured Tobacco.
