Why is it that the tobacco shop sampler that contains 1 cartomizer each of Cowboy, Kamel, Frenchpipe, Virginia, and Parlament isnt premium but you guys offer all these flavors separate in premium?

I believe Kamel just became available and French Pipe is not yet available in Premium and Sampler is priced accordingly.

They do have the Tobacco Sampler #2 available in Premium if I'm not mistaken . . .

Hmmm . . . I guess maybe they are too busy filling orders to bundle the sampler?

I don't know but when they do put the Premium Tobacco #1 sampler together I will be buying it.

Agreed. Meanwhile, the Menth Lovers premium sampler is ready and waiting. I keep ordering it because they're all so good, yet different enough to keep life interesting.
