I was reading a thread in the DIY section about tobacco flavors not tasting like tobacco. A member said something that never dawned on me. The tobacco flavors on the market are more unburned tobacco flavors and it's actually the taste of burned tobacco that the tobacco flavor lovers are after.

Do any vendors make a burned tobacco flavor? We may be on to something here. How would a vendor or even a DIY guy go about attaining that kind of flavor? Hmmm

There a few Its been almost a year since I tastes a lit cig

but lately Ive run into a few

It really depends too how strong tobacco flav you would be ok with
weather you want a cig ,pipe or cigar flav

I have want2vape RY4 that has a really nice Smokey tobacco flav
I've had Mountain oak southern gentleman I felt like it was a real pipe decided I did not want to have a strait tobacco anymore
The ahlusion aromatic line is good too

but understand all these are strong tobacco's and not everybody will appreciate them

Another place to ask for suggestion's on this would be this thread

You might want to use Tobacco Absolute (TA) as an additive in your DIY juices to give them that burnt tobacco/ashtray flavor. It is a super concentrated Bulgarian tobacco extract that DIYers use just for the purpose you describe. It is potent stuff, so use it sparingly. Tobacco Absolute | ecigExpress

I'm vaping on some GJ4 from Goodejuice right now - they have some really good NETs that might be worth checking out. I'm not sure any of them will be exactly what you are looking for, but they are close. I would also recommend Red Oak Tennessee Cured from Johnson Creek - it does take a toll on coils - but it is pretty close to an actual cigarette from what I can remember.

Also - it's nice to see another Jets fan around here! J! E! T! S! :D
