Lube the o-rings with a tiny bit of juice or you can try and find a slightly smaller diameter set of o-rings and replace them.

Part of the problem is they are likely dry/clean also after some time/lots of cap removals they will "break in" a bit, but lubrication of the o-rings will generally solve the problem.

Thanks. I will def give it a try.

Just another note, if you think its a problem of poor machining of a part(s) and not the o-rings, you can check by removing all the orings and seeing if the pieces slide together smoothly/with no resistance. If everything goes together properly without o-rings then thats your problem.

If it doesnt go together smoothly then you can try and figure out where the bind/issue is then hit it with sandpaper and see if you can smooth it up (or just contact the vendor and see if they'll work with ya).
