Tobeco mini super tank rubber taste

I just got a mini super tank, came highly recommended by several people at my local B&M. Cleaned it out, put it together and filled it up. I get an awful like rubbery tire taste every hit. I haven't tried the other coil yet, I'm using the .2 ohm coil currently. I haven't found much of anything on this tank on ECF, anyone used it or know what this is from? Thanks.

I don't think so, I primed it well before hand and let it sit a good ten minutes before I vaped it. Also started at very low wattage.

According to employees at my B&M it's normal for the coil break in... so I forced myself to vape it for a minute and it does seem to be getting much better. Or maybe my taste buds are being messed up by my bourbon

My Crown is the same the first 1/4 of the tank tastes like foul Chemicals,
then it goes away. They may be using some sort of preservative to keep the cotton
from getting moldy.
