Happens sometimes... been there. But don't ever think of it. I'm off stinkies over a month now... craved sometimes but didn't pick it up, so can u. Try small pulls of Menthol, that'd soothe u up. But don't pick-up that smokestick.

Good luck!

Thank you ...that's what is odd though nothing is calming me today like that CIG used to but its the last thing I want to do ..intact its not an option in my head anymore ...strange eh ?? Maybe that's the problem also me knowing that's not an option nor do I want it ..apart from me maybe overthinking it ....

Make sure you are getting good water intake, rest, and exercise. I am putting emphasis on water (not tea, not soda, not coffee) & exercise. Get outside and get in a strong, hard, fast walk to get your blood flowing and some fresh air or bike ride. Hop on a tread mill if you have to, but get blood pumping.

I think what you've described is something many of us have experienced. Others have given good advice about kicking up nicotine levels. I suggest having a juice on hand that wakes up your taste buds. For me it is green apple. For some it is a clove or cinnamon. You have to determine what it is that you "kinda' like and shakes up your taste buds a litte". Don't let it become your favorite. Keep it for waking up your sense of taste, if you can.

In other words, maybe you have to wake / shake that body / mind / sense of taste up a bit before it can return to a state of calm / relaxed. ymmv, but this works for me when I get into an agitated state.

If you can get some, snus may help for days like this. And if all else fails, an occasional cigarette should be fine. Getting completely smoke-free is a process for some; not just a single step like for others.

Good Luck :)

Thanks ...I have snuff ??. But kinda want to avoid as I dont want to use WATs which snuff has ....

Wow this makes perfect sense !!!!! Thank you for taking the time to reply with this ...yes maybe a brisk walk and shake the dust off ...I have been in the house a lot ...and the juce also makes sense like an emergency juice wake up juce..

Amazing reply thank you so much just what I needed :)

It could also be the 'time' since you stopped analogs. I know week three was absolutely AWFUL for me, but I managed to push through it.

It amazes me just how strong coming of cigs feeling really is ......shocking .....such strong chemicals are now in them .....legalised drug dealers

People are giving you great advice. :)

Just want to add that the three week point was rough for me too. Not so much because of cravings, but just because, physically, I felt like pure crap: head aches, grouchy, sleepy, exhausted - the pits, basically. The trouble is, I don't think there's any way around this, with or without vaping. Withdrawal from cigarettes is going to suck no matter what.

Fresh air is a wonderful idea. And naps. And cookies - lots of cookies!

I carried a pack of smokes in my front pocket for the first couple of months vaping. I never smoked one of them but I felt panicky if I didn't have them. After that I put one in a test tube and left it in the console of my truck, it's still there after almost two years. Also when I was new, Halo juices seemed to really be more like smoking than other juices. It isn't really the taste, it's more the feeling. You might give them a try if possible, I'd suggest Torque56 or Freedom Smoke.
