We are in the same boat! I have made it past 24 hours too now. I have been vaping menthol this morning from my samples that came yesterday. Not a menthol guy, but thought I would try it out and it is not too bad!

The Volt setup is really nice. I am enjoying mine for sure.

Now, on to day two! I think after a week or so, it will be much easier for both of us... Who knows what other fun things the analog companies put in their cigs to keep us coming back.

Hang in there - we will get through this for sure!

Today is the day for me to not smoke any analogs! I had two this morning and that is it...

I sure hope I can do this! Hopefully, this will be the start of a long - smoke - free - journey!

Congrats on quitting the analogs! You will soon see that it is one of the best decisions you have made. It will become an addicting hobby lol. Enjoy and stay with it!

Had to rush to my nearest mod to get rid of the taste. Ok but wouldn't give up vaping for it.

That is great news! A big congrats on also making it to the 24 hour mark.
My wife saw all of the success I'm having with my Volt and is making me order her one too. We are both very excited to be done with the analogs once and for all. I can honestly say I enjoy vaping MORE than I did using analogs for those 20 years. The taste is so much nicer and I can already tell a difference in my breathing. I got in my car today and almost gagged from the nasty smell in there from regular cigarettes. I'm gonna have to try and figure out how the heck to get that smell out. A good problem to have if you ask me.

I'm proud of both of us for making it this long without the stink stick. Keep up the good work friend!

WhatRobEats - best way to get rid of the cigarette smell in your car is using an ozone generator. Made the mistake of smoking in my previous car and this really worked magic.

I really needed a "puff" and I ended up smoking 1/2 and analog, times 3...

The vamping does work, but for me (35 year smoker), there is something missing. I was just going out of my mind.

So, I ordered a couple of different juices from Aromaejuice with WTA in it to see if that will fill the void. I did some reading here and it appears that it might. When I am really "jonesing" for an analog, I will drip a few drops in the carto and I hope that will help me stay free...

I think once I get this down, I will enjoy success. Dang analogs!

I reset my stats to be honest with myself and the other community members. I do intend on quitting for good.

Don't get too down on yourself man. You went from over 20 cigs a day to only smoking 1 and a half. That is impressive in my book. I also feel like something is 'missing' from not smoking analogs. I think what my body is missing is all of the extra additives (toxins) that these scumbag tobacco companies put in to sink the hook in further. Everytime I want a real cig, and trust me there have been plenty of times. I remind myself that all I'm missing out on is extra chemicals.

Good advice about putting a few drops in the carto, that is also what I've been doing when I find myself wanting a little more. Adding the drops seems to increase the flavor and vapor hit and give me around 5 or 6 really solid hits. Usually once I get those my monster cravings disappear for a while.

Keep at it Ray, be strong but know that it is OK to stumble a little bit on this very rocky road!

Thanks waffles. I think I remember seeing some stuff at auto zone called Ozium is that what your talking about or is it an actual device and not a spray freshener?

I plan to stick with it and will win in the end. I just hate falling off the wagon so to speak. I may pick up some snus to help too. I have used that in the past.

once you get to the 1 week mark you may still crave an stinky but it will be disgusting if you try it. your taste buds will start to grow back after about 3-4 days and you might even find non tobacco flavors really hit the mark.
