Congrats on your first week! That smell was pretty easy to get out of the car...my couches & other furniture took a lil more work. Glad it's finally gone!

That's insane, I was talking to my coworker the other day, and he rents a 1bedroom APARTMENT in simi valley for double that!would love to move back there but its just so expensive to live in cali not to say its not worth it but we only pay like $700 a month out here for a 3 bedroom house lol. tho we will probably move back at some point for now we are enjoying having all the extra money
lol yea we were paying almost $2600 a month in simi at one time for a three bedroom,it was a nice place and even had some fruit trees in the back yard but wow that hurt my bank lol.

yea defiantly not easy to do out there these days,just have to get a job and spend your off time looking for a better job,move into that job and keep looking for better til finally you get something cushy and pays well,its the cali way!!lol
