I think I'm missing your point. Who exactly are you blaming here? It would seem from the title, that you're trying to blame a certain subsection of our community. I don't see where you're getting enough evidence to do that from the video.

Yes, true. But there is another. If the mech is a hybrid, the fault lies in the 510 pin. it protrudes out nada.

if the battery was "too hot" for the coil, then it would have caused the coil to break " like a fuse" ... over amp a 30 gauge coil and see what happens...
plain and simple, the build was too much for the battery and caused the battery to vent... or... there was a serious short. ( hybrid mod wrong atty)...

If it is a hybrid there is a problem. I did not think I had to spell out every pitfall of what is safe to use and not.
