I have ordered juice from this company several times over the course of nearly 2 years. Loved their flavors and loved the low prices. My most recent order, I placed an order for five 240 ml bottles of juice from them at the beginning of May. When I received my shipment, I was only sent five 120 ml bottles of juice. I immediately emailed them to inform them, and received no reply. I called and spoke with an individual (I assume he was the owner of the company) and was told that they could not do a partial refund, but he would send me five additional 120 ml bottles of juice to make up for the shortage of the order. Waited over a month and still did not receive the juice and never got a reply to any follow up emails I sent. Finally received a reply to my latest email at the beginning of July that said they would be following up and will get back to me the next day with a tracking number. Never got another email and have not received any responses to the emails I sent after that. At this point I'm just giving up and won't plan on ordering from them again. There are just too many other suppliers out there that offer quality product at low prices.
