Do a quick test... Swap devices for a few mins...
If she's the one getting the big vape off of your setup and your getting the puny vape off hers, then it's the setup.
If you continue getting the big vape on both, the difference is the two of you.

Of course we tried that! I'm thinking its got something to do with the inhale and the exhale but I can't explain it.

Sorry, missed your post 6:27 AM post...

My personal experience... I've found that a long slow paced draw will produce a thicker, denser vape than a short, fast draw.
Another thing to consider, vapor production is typically judged based on the exhaled vapor. The deeper the vapor is inhaled into the lungs and the longer it is being held, the less vapor will be expelled on exhale. (Stealth vape for example)

Every new person I show my ecig too has a problem getting big plumes. Its the mentality they have usually because they are cigarette smokers. Vaping really is a lot different, in that you have to take slow long draws to almost full capacity. Most people that try my electronic just assume it isnt as good and continue on with the analogs.

I'm getting tons of vapor, my wife is not. Same device, same juice. I can't for the life of me explain to her what we might be doing differently. She's a bit jealous :) any of you vets out there maybe know what she could be doing "wrong"?

i would guess you are drawing slow and getting thicker vapor and she is inhaling faster getting thinner vapor,my wife does the same..

It may just be perception or something, but I seem to remember when I was still a pretty heavy smoker and tried to vape, I couldn't get a good cloud either. The longer I waited after smoking my last cig, the bigger the vapor plume. Is she still smoking the analogs...and maybe trying to vape right after that? If that's not it then I agree with the others, it's probably the way she's vaping....
