It says it uses the Magma atomiser, which is a 510, so many 510/ego accessories should work just fine.

There are many good ego clones out there, and I have to admit that looks like a very good deal. The revolver Vgo has the same pattern on it, and while Revolver's customer service is peerless, that is a better deal than their Vgo, which is not nearly as cheap.

Right now I have a magma (the 510) and it was my first ecig (I'm pretty new to all of this but gaining tons of info as I go, I am not affiliated). The inferno just came out so there may be a kink or two and there aren't many accessories for it yet. I can say that volcano is a great brand and the company is really great with customer service. However, right now they seems to be experiencing some growing pains but that doesn't deter me. Go ahead and read the forum they have there, people are very helpful and many belong to this forum as well. There are lots of reviews on the forum and many people love it. My advice would be to wait a couple weeks until they grow that product line a little more and see what comes out. New things are always coming out with them recently, which I've found the hard way by having to place a few orders. LOL Good luck!

The Inferno is a branded Vgo which uses 510 attys. It's a JSB clone of a Joye eGo. The Magma atty is just a JSB clone of a 510. 510 attys, carts, and cartos will function fine with it.

One thing to bear in mind though. The kit does not come with any carts or juice, you will need to purchase some before use. The Magma attys are also slightly larger than your average 510 atty. Its barely measurable but regular 510 carts do not fit tightly in general. Magma carts are a tight fit on Magma attys and even tighter on any other make of 510 atty.

I'm not affil'd with Volcano, outside of being a very satisfied customer. Got my Inferno kit the other day. The 'Magma' atomizer that ships is very nice, but 510 carts will not fit correctly (far too loose to use). However, you can attach a 510 atomizer, or cartomizer, to it and use normally, or a 510 type drip tip works without issue also. Awesome device, mounds of vapor, and the taste is simply amazing compared to the 510's both myself & my wife have been using.

Hey Matodd, aside from looks (which are really cool BTW), the main difference between an eGo and an Inferno is the method by which the cone is attached. On the Inferno, the cone is attached and held in place by a friction fit with an o-ring. The eGo uses a threaded cone. The advantage (arguable IMO) is that the o-ring on the Inferno will keep excess liquid from an overfilled cart from seeping onto the exterior of the unit. As far as I'm concerned, any liquid that leaks out is enough to get into the battery. I don't tend to trust the seals on any sealed battery. I often remove the cone from my eGos to check for leakage and clean up any if found. Granted, after a few weeks of using it I figured out where the cart fill tolerances were so I don't have issues anymore.

Another difference is the USB battery. An eGo has a threaded cover for the USB end. The Inferno just leaves it exposed. Not a big deal but I prefer to cover ports that can fill up with pocket lint.

Anyways, either design (eGo, Vgo, Inferno, Riva, Lux, Hello) are fine by me mechanically speaking. I am really diggin the red Inferno though.

Does anyone have this and the eGO? I am looking for some sort of a comparison between the two.

I just recently purchased a bunch of 510 atomizers. It looks like those will be usable in this, so i am curious. Hehe, there's nothign wrong with going for a better looking model if i dont see a drop in performance.

We have both the Inferno and the eGo and I like them both. I use the 510 attys from my eGo in the inferno and also my drip tips. Carts and cartos are also the same as the eGo.
