Too Much Spit, Not Enough Vapor On My IGO-L.

I did a micro 9 wrap with 28 gauge nichrome at .8 ohms and run it on a mechanical with a well charged battery. I am using a cotton wick passing through the loops with the cotton a bit lose. My problem is that often it sputters to much and I end up with little vapor and too much spray. Any ideas on correcting.

Add some more cotton wick to the build to lay across the top of the coil.That should keep the coil wet and stop the juice spray.

I would twist up a new cotton wick and pull it thru. It wants to be dense but only as thick as the coil inside diameter for the full length of the wick. A pic would help

Those sound like classic symptoms of not enough wick.

Sounds like you're drowning it. Try less juice.
