I'm currently vaping some new Sweet Mango juice that I absolutely LOVE. I have 3 favorite juices that I alternate so I don't get stuck on one and get sick of it, but I'm vaping about .8-1 ml an hour (sometimes more like 1.1-1.2ml). Is this overdoing it? I've heard of the dreaded Vapors Tongue and I'd hate to get that! I love to sit and chain vape doing tricks and taking long pulls and what not

I guess it probably depends on the nic level you are using. If you start feeling shaky, light-headed, or sick to your stomach you could probably be getting too much nicotine in too short of a period. But everyone is different, so it's probably what you are used to. I would think alternating flavors like you mentioned would keep you from getting too burned out on one flavor.

As long as your alternating flavors, you don't have to worry about it.
It only happens when your brain gets bored with the same o same o, and just shuts it down.

Have you ever gone into a place that has a odor ... then after a while you don't notice it ??
Same thing .. brain got bored
Variety is the spice of life.
I have 8 mods, with a different flavor in each, that I hit off and on all day.
I only put about 2-3ml of a new flavor in when I fill them, so they are always changing ....yummy

What flavors are you vaping? Been wanting to try some more complex juices

My favorite is sweetbacco from vapealicious. It's one flavor I don't get bored or sick of. I also use a dabble doyah from Mr Good Vape. And them my fruit flavors I get from D&D Vapor. Dead mans party from standard vape is also good if you can find it.

I think at first everybody will vape a lot then slowly back down. If you are getting nic buzzed due to chain vaping, try to reduce the nic level of the juice. Also alternate your flavors sweets and then maybe a mint / coffee / etc.

That's true, absolutely -- I first tried 18mg, got nic sick; then I got 12mg, got nic sick... couldn't vape all I wanted till I got some 6mg. I was still smoking then, though gradually less and less till they were just gone... but then found I had to go back to 8-10mg. And yes it's only recently I've stopped with the constant puffing, "chain vaping" thing... even more than 3 months off the smokes, I'd still rather be vaping than not-vaping... :D

When I first started dripping I went through 30ml bottles like it was my job. As long as you aren't overdoing it on the nic, there's really no point at which you're vaping too much unless you're on a strict liquid budget. As others have mentioned, keep a regular rotation of flavors on hand so you have a little variety. If you find that your favorite is starting to dull, try something new for a while.

Personally, I start to notice a drop in flavor intensity after a day or two of dripping so I know all too well how it feels to have a great juice turn mediocre on you. Alternating frequently helped but didn't entirely bring back the experience of that first toot.

I feel the same way. I'd rather be vaping than not vaping.

I was also confused with this as a 'newbie', how much to vape without getting hooked on the nic again, but I soon realised that I was actually using less nicotine compared to my roll ups I was smoking nearly every 2 hours.

I'm currently vaping 12mg ejuices but I actually feel I could go down to around 6mg, then eventually looking to just go straight to zero..but I wont stop vaping since I'm more addicted to the pull and draw in my lungs and throat. Plus it's a great experience ! :)

The way for me is I buy as much flavors the shop carry at that time (depends on which shop I go to) and just stock them at home and alternate them. Plus, I always mixed the nicotine ones with the none-nic. Usually the nics are those with flavors and some none-nics are flavored and I always have a few bottles that is 0 nic, non-flavored. Oh, I also play around with mixing the flavors and sometimes just add different flavors into the tube without vaping it all. Fun-Fun.

I quite April 26 (though I've bummed a couple) currently use a x6 with diamond coil protank in the office with 1.2 nic. When I leave the office I alternate between the mods in my photo around .4 ohms (both are juice thieves) with .3-.6 nic . All have different flavors. Somedays ill go through 5ml some days 15ml. I'm studying the DIY forums because of this, lol.. Not sure if you vape too much, can only share my experience

It seems i could go a lot longer between vapes than i could with cigs , i don't crave vaping at all , i'm convinced regular cigs must have something else in them that makes the cravings considerably worse.

This, they add a bunch of other chemicals to make us crave for the ciggys.
That's why some people still crave for a ciggy at the beginning of their vape career.

Pure nicotine isn't more addictive than coffeine, which is proven.
