How much it too much

Hey frisco, I tend to vape like crazy when I'm at the computer. Any other room in the house I vape nothing. I know when I've been doing to hig of a mg for too long of a time. I get very warm and my face turns a bit flushed. Then it's time to take a break! So like everyone else will tell you, you'll feel a bit sickly when you've done too much.

Hi Dougm, great dog! I know that warm feeling, never am sure if it's the nic or a hot flash! I tend to do anywhere from 12 to 18mg and that seems to keep it from happening. When I first started I went a bit nuts and ordered a ton of different flavors. I carry about 10 different flavors to work with me. It gets exposed to light quite a bit, especially the ones I don't particularly care for so I'm sure the nic strength has degraded somewhat. I was a chain smoker so it doesn't really surprise me that I chain vape.

Half the fun of vaping to me is getting all involved in the logistics. I figure it's kind of like eating BBQ spare ribs, You just have to jump in and get it all over your fingers, mouth, chin, shirt. etc. Only then can you figure out what"s best.
