Someone re-assure me, I think I might want to trade my Grand for a mini and maybe I am being premature.

I have been carrying my Grand for 2 days now. I really want to like it, and in many ways I do. I don't like it however as my "daily carry PV". Maybe it's the new batts or something, but the batt life just doesn't seem all that much better. One batt has not lasted me the day at work, so I have to carry an extra batt anyway. I have a pouch I bought for the mini to carry a couple extra batts and juice bottles, so if I still have to do that, why the grand? It also feels well, just bulky. Maybe it's because I started with a Mini, but I am just not sure of the overall feel. Its easier to drive with the mini too.

I had thought that my Grand was going to be my workhorse, but I am thinking it it might be the mini for the win.

Edit: Forgot to mention I am using aw imr 18650's and Boge 2.0 cartos on the grand. aw imr 14500 in the mini.

How about this...

Make the Grand your desk vape PV. Which desk you park it on is up to you. Get a Mini and use it for your carry PV.

Or trade it. Whatever works for you.

I love my Mini best

I will say, it takes 4-5 recharge cycles for the AW IMR's to get up to full speed. Maybe give it a week and see if you can get by on one battery.

Bogey, both of them deliver a superior vape -- it's just a matter of swapping out and recharging batteries for the mini. I have to agree that the grand has more bulk -- but my batteries and vape last a lot longer with less voltage drop in the Grand. Give it a few more days

I know exactly how you feel Bogey. If I had to choose... the mini fits my "lifestyle" better and is a solid performer. But the Grand hits so nice and it stays hitting harder for longer. Most days I grab the front door knob with the Mini already in my pocket and I think, "You know you wanna take the Grand to, don'tcha". So I throw it in my lunch bag and use it when I'm next to my toolbox at work.

My Grands use the same batteries and I find a difference with the atty I use. I do get about 8 hours out of my Grands, and about 4 with the Mini. Someone on the big thread was just stating they might go with the Grand over the Mini. It is a matter of personal preference and vaping needs. I love both, but for different activities and time duration.

The IMR AW 18650 just holds that 4.2 and above 4v charge so much longer, it is the one huge plus beside carrying 6mls over 3 mls of juice, I find I would have to chose my grand first just because of these two options, that doesn't mean though that I would give up my Min EVER
