Found a simple tool to remove the caps. Remove the "handles" on a small paper binder, spring type(not paper clip). Very strong and cheap and they have the perfect bend for the caps already in them. Keep up the good work Steve, love the King!

Good Idea Scotty. I actually just use a paper clip bent slightly past 90 degrees and cut very short. The nice thing is once you pop them off once, they are easy to get off in the future.

I've had very good results with a nut picker.......have tried most of the other modes, but this works the best for me. It has a tiny little bend at the end, and when you remove the top and o ring, they usually come out together.....I hold the o ring and top on the edge of the picker while filling my cart without even putting them down on my work space.

I've become very proficient at this, and my friend who is new to vaping commented that I was too fast, and to slow down so she can learn to do it right.

I think I may have found the perfect tool although I havnt tried it yet with a cart in which the mouthpiece hasnt already been popped off. Anyways it's that dentist tool with the hook end that they use for scrapeing your teeth. It seems to hook perfect under the rubber piece to lift up without damageing anything but I did it with a cart which the mouth piece has already been popped off so naturally those are much easier.

If there is a good electronics store around, or a Fry's you can get a tool called a spring clip. It's basically a long metal handle with a slight L shaped end that's very sturdy and meant to reattach small springs with the curly ends. Very much like a dental pick. Works great and they're cheap. Caps come off in a snap!

I just use the tip of the little pair of embroidery scissors that I carry around in my kit. Handy for cutting fluval, trimming stray fluff, etc, too.
