Top coil vs bottom coil

I prefer a bottom coil. Fewer dry hits, gravity does the work. No tipping or twirling to keep the wick saturated. And I can set it on it's side without worry. No issues with throat hit or a cool vape, either.

I agree I choose bottom coil setups ten out of ten times. I know that you get a warmer hit with the top coil setups but that's not really something I'm looking for anyway
 
I have to be honest they both have their good points. Bottom coils are more dependable and in my experience usually last longer, but they also tend to mute the flavor a little bit. A good top coil, such as an Iclear 30 is going to give a much better flavor, but you have to twirl the tank after it is about half empty to keep the coils saturated and they tend to malfunction more than a bottom coil would.
They both have a place in my rotation
