I've been using the mega cartridges for about a week now and it seems I can never use all the juice before the atty end of the poly-fil gets too sticky and clogged to keep vaping.

I started a thread in the new members forum where as a tip I would just flip the poly-fil over and reinsert but that still wouldn't completely resolve the issue.

Maybe I'm filling too much (70-80) drops? Maybe I'm vaping too much and getting it too hot?

I tried a couple hours ago just dropping 40 into a clean one and it's working well most of the time. All except a burnt taste every now and then when I vape heavily (it is the heaviest time of day for me - morning).:p

Anyone have, or had the same issue? Tips anyone? Any input as always would be appreciated:)

I'm not expert, but I have seen much of the same as you P.S. I assume you are using the stock filler material? I stuffed a coffee stir straw up thru the middle of the filler and this seemed to help some. But I have no long term data as to how well it keeps working, cuz the next day I got a hold of some of the blue foam and decided to try it.

So far I can't say it's perfect but overall I'd say it's a big improvement over stock filler. If you do a search you can likely find more info on how to cut this foam "to spec". What I did was simply cut a piece exactly square, based on the depth of the cart space, fold it and stuff it in. Since the blue foam is less dense it also has less tendency to suspend a full cart of juice, so it might want to leak. But I find that as long as I keep the eGo horizontal during the first half of the cart I am OK with no leaks. Then when I notice a dry vape I just hold it vertically until I feel the vape get wet again.

Again, not perfect but a big improvement over stock filler IMO

I picked up some blue foam from a local store and so far it's fixed every problem I've had with the mega carts.
Been using it for about 24 hours and no clogging and the vapor is still great with topping up when needed. Before I would have to rinse out polyfil and that meant wasting half-or-so of what was left in the polyfil. For now everything's looking good and next step is to stock up on a couple extra mega atty's.
