First off I just wanted to say I joined this forum last night and am already addicted. Started vaping a few weeks ago and am still working things out getting used to vaping vs analogs.

My question is I had bought a 510 titan about 2 weeks ago, batt. life wasn't enough so I then bought a 510 tornado. It was delivered yesterday. It works great and all but the cone seems to be restricting airflow to the addy. Is this normal? Also, I'm becoming more of a fan of cartos like the clearomizer which is slightly fatter then the factory atty, which while it fits the cone seems to be even more restrictive. I can see the cone is not really needed for operation but I do construction and being in my pocket it seems the cone would def. put less stress on the atty threads as it gets knocked around.

Im thinking about drilling a few small holes in the sides or reaming the top of it out to let more air in, just dunno if I want to go drilling into my new shiny e cig. Any ideas? Is there a carto out there that will fit better into the cone?

What kind of carto did you use? Any 510 carto should work...I'm not really familiar with the 510 Tornado, but assume it's basically similar to the eGo-T. If it is, the cartos will fit, and should work very well. Check out an eGo Mega Dual Coil Carto. There's one on sale at this link...

eGo Mega Dual Coil 4 ML Cartomizer LR 1.5 Ohm, Single Unit - E Cig : Joye eGo & eGo-T | Boge Leo | Cartomizers | E-Liquid | Electronic Cigarette | eGo Tank

It's even on sale for $3.99 with no shipping charges.

I have the 510 clearomizers ce2's. They're more of a tank style carto. And yes the way I've read the ego and tornado are actually manufactured by the same people just giving different brand names by their sellers. I'll have to try a couple of the ones you posted, especially with no shipping costs. Thanks

Yea, I'm a huge fan of the Clearos on my Sparkplug.
