.....and by the way, this has nothing to do with the state government, it's a small town's local government. I'm not sure if they will get away with it, but cities and towns have always had some leeway as to the types of businesses they allow within their borders.

does anybody know how many Americans will lose their health or lives to smoking this year. and then can you look at the possibility of how many lives can be saved or health issues diminishing with the rising use use of an e-cig product. I say, those responsible for laws against vaping are MURDERERS !
