Ive never done DIY before but I am starting to consider it. First question. Do any of the juices you make require what some call "steeping"? Ive ordered quite a bit from Mt Baker and they always say let it steep for 1-4 weeks. I did that and it didnt change the taste of any of the juices. I tried about 8 different juices from them and tried steeping them all. I didnt like any of it when I got it and It tasted the same after a month of sitting in a box. If I get into this im sure I will spend a ton of time on this sub forum. Thanks for any that take the time for someone who has never DIYed.

Not all juices require steeping, or aging, or what ever you want to call it.

I do primarily berry juice mixes. They steep for approximately the 10 seconds it takes me to load it into my topper of the day to try...

Coffee and chocolates, I understand, take some considerable steeping to reach favor potential!
