I tried it last week with an order. I accidently used my sons mailing address. My son now has my order. He got it on Saturday.
Not at all, but I did email CS to see if it could be changed. The email was sent several hours before I received the shipping notice. In fact it was sent immediately after I placed the order. And while it is not Bloog's fault that it was sent to my son, asking me to make an order and then trying to get substitutions has me leery at best. When my experience is once the order is placed it is not possible to get a correction/substitution.
I'm amazed that someone who can take the time and care required to enter a credit card number and purchase somehing online, doesn't verify the shipping address before hitting submit.
Maybe you should pay more attention to what you're doing, and less time making bloog CS look bad on the ECF.

I appreciate the loyal defense but it really isn't needed. Deelee made a simple mistake and did her part to contact us. If we flubbed it from there that's our fault!
I apologize Deelee! It can be hard to both try to ship orders out as fast as possible AND respond rapidly to corrections. I don't know the particulars, but I am sure we tried. If there is anything we can do to help rectify the situation, please PM me.
