You guys need to relax complaining won't bring the items up any faster. I don't know who makes the website but I am 99.9% sure that they hired a person to do the website and he will be the one to put up the pictures of the items so complaining won't benefit anyone.

I am also a very inpatient person but sometimes I just need to suck it up and wait. You love Bloog so do I just give it another day or two and they will be up.

Sorry if I sound rude that is not my intention I am just saying things like

I am not spending any more money that way.

won't bring the coding person to put up the pics any sooner. Also Red just went out of his way to help you to order the bats which is quite a nice offer.

Might as well order any color bat and write in the "order instructions" that you want the bat to pink there you go problem solved.

Red, I have tried ordering and then making changes, it doesn't work for me. I am not spending any more money that way.

Donna, sometimes when chris is here by himself he doesnt have a chance to check the emails. but if you order after 1pm and then email me I am by the computer and can inform him of the changes before the order goes out.

I tried it last week with an order. I accidently used my sons mailing address. My son now has my order. He got it on Saturday.

And that is Bloogs fault? I really don't try to be an a.. here but you make a thread about something that can be handled if you contact customer service. Red repeatedly noted that he will help you so might as well take his offer and be another happy customer.



All the best to Pittsburgh and I hope you enjoy your pink bat I am sure they look way nice.

Not at all, but I did email CS to see if it could be changed. The email was sent several hours before I received the shipping notice. In fact it was sent immediately after I placed the order. And while it is not Bloog's fault that it was sent to my son, asking me to make an order and then trying to get substitutions has me leery at best. When my experience is once the order is placed it is not possible to get a correction/substitution.

Aww that sucks I guess its just one of these days that we all have. I am sure tomorrow you wake up go to bloogplanet.com and will find your pink bat place an order and BOOM you have a great day. Things happen you will be fine hope tomorrow is gonna be a great day.

I'm amazed that someone who can take the time and care required to enter a credit card number and purchase somehing online, doesn't verify the shipping address before hitting submit.

Maybe you should pay more attention to what you're doing, and less time making bloog CS look bad on the ECF.

You probably don't know this because your new, but DeeLeeKay has always been a very positive supporter of Bloog and their customer service. She doesn't deserve to spoken to like this.

In all seriousness though, it sounded as though Red and Dee were already working on this issue privately. I may be wrong, but if that's the case, then I'm my eyes this thread would only really ever be started to either embarrass someone, or to undermine the company itself. Again, I may be wrong, but that's how this thread sounded to me.

As I recall when one makes a purchase the address is not readily listed, but I could be wrong.

I appreciate the loyal defense but it really isn't needed. Deelee made a simple mistake and did her part to contact us. If we flubbed it from there that's our fault!

I apologize Deelee! It can be hard to both try to ship orders out as fast as possible AND respond rapidly to corrections. I don't know the particulars, but I am sure we tried. If there is anything we can do to help rectify the situation, please PM me.
