Battery differences?

I have a few questions about Bloog batteries.

First, what is the mah of all three sizes exactly? I don't see it listed on the site at all.

Second, Lithium Ion or Lithium Polymer... Which does Bloog use and why? Which one is better and why?

Bloog batts are 220mAh for 65mm batts, 320mAh for 78m batts, and 420 for 102mm batts. We use Lithium-ion polymer batteries, which is pretty much standard these days across manufcturers. E-cigs started with Lithium-ion, but most manufacturers switched to Li-Po because they have a better life cycle degredation rate.

I'm still amazed at the fact that your batteries have so much power considering their size. It's starting to put other batteries to shame in my opinion.
