Totally Wicked customer servcice...A++

Just wanted to explain my positive experiences with Totally Wicked's customer service. I ordered a kit from them and received it on Oct 12th. The kit was an ego-c mega twist compact kit. It came with 2 atomizers, 1 of which was bad. I took the "spike" off of the atomizer head and the coil was shot. It wouldn't heat up or do anything. I decided to call Totally Wicked and see if they could help me in any way. After doing some (what I assume is routine) tests with the atomizer we confirmed that it was faulty. Without hesitation they sent me out a free replacement the next day.

Now let's fast forward to yesterday. When I first received my kit I was getting 12+ hours out of my 1000mah ego twist battery. I noticed that the time I was getting off a charge was slowly decreasing and the other day I only get about 7 hours out of a full charge. I decided to call Totally Wicked and see what they had to say and what they could do for me before the warranty was up. After speaking with Tom and answering a few questions we came up with the conclusion that the battery should not have diminished that quickly. They said they would send me one out that day for free. I asked if they were going to send a prepaid shipping label to send the old one back and he said they weren't worried about it and that I could just keep the old one.

I must say that I am impressed with their customer service. Working in retail for years has made me really appreciate how a company takes care of their customers. I highly recommend Totally Wicked and they will definitely continue to get my business in the future. As a matter of fact I am waiting for a 20m bottle of fluid from them right now! :vapor:
