I have to say after watching the video although I didn't find it funny I can't believe any of you find it offensive. No one forced you to watch it either. Also you all act like Pillbox tore you to pieces or something. I mean he didn't kiss ... like most companies would but to start a thread and freak out about it? I say everyone needs to lighten up a bit. I mean Southpark trashes every race, religion, and group known to man. You don't see me avoiding Comedy Central though.

To me it's all about choices. And luckily as Vapers we have many choices. I choose to do business with suppliers who appreciate their customers views and opinions. There are so many awesome suppliers here on ecf. I was the one who brought up the way pillbox treated the posters. I had no interaction with pillbox. But pillbox chose to react that way to some people I know to be nice and consider buddies so I choose to do business elsewhere. Just like I choose to watch some episodes of southpark as well if I get offended I change the channel and watch family guy instead

I think the video was a bad decision because it is in bad taste. We're talking about a retailer here. A public retail store, and bearing this in mind, you need to be careful with advertising. Yes, maybe it is a bit prude because of how mild the video is, but when you're putting something out to an international market, you need to be pretty careful. Not to mention his responses in the thread which make it 100x worse.

Yeah the responses were uncalled for IMO. How easy would it have been to say "I apologize if you found this offensive" or something along those lines? He drew a line in the sand when he wouldn`t budge on his stance, and criticized members of ECF for lack of humor. Then went as far as saying he didn`t kiss (_l_). No one asked you to, just respect your customers/ potential customers. Maybe the audience they`re catering is all they need to be happy, but they turned off a lot of people, with the egotistical attitude and will lose their business, deservedly so.

I guess since I was articulate and to the point and even offered some pretty basic business rules that he may want to look into. I just hope that someday ecigs are mainstream and some of these vendors are obviously in it to make max profit in minimal time by fleecing people that haven't had the luck to find sites like this and the resources it provides so smokers can make informed decisions when taking the dive to ecig goodness and to stick with it instead of feeling ripped off and misinformed, leading them back to analogs.
