mod might want to move this thread to the TW supplier thread for a quicker resolution!:)The Wiz!

I don't know. It seems unfair that a thread with this title should be put in Abe's forum...........Perhaps the OP should ask for it to be deleted and start fresh, perhaps with a better attitude?

EDIT: On second thought, maybe it should be moved there. That way Abe can delete himself........(even though I know he wouldn't)

I will NEVER buy from Totally Wicked or TECC again after I raised a concern about gettting juices substituted without consultation twice in a row and the owner told me that if his service was so bad I should go elsewhere. A good way to deal with a customers genuine concern? I think not. Look for the deleted posts in the subforum :)

However, posting how long it has been without a reply from them would go a long way to help readers decide the merits of this thread for themselves. Has it been a few hours? A day? A week? A month?

+1 on that definately. Too many people have read it flaming TW for something that could happen to anyone.

People have to realise that the internet and postage is not MAGIC. Accidents and mistakes are made. Plus if your are ordering international this increases the risks.

Accept them. It is a BIG BONUS if a supplier will offer to help you out as in TW case here.

For those that don't like TW prices. Simple answer. SHOP ELSEWHERE...

I pay for service and TW give it to me in bags load.

Lots of you seem to forget how much money your are saving with ECigs and the risks these guys are taking with thier $1000's shipments risking seizure. Yes they make money, but at a risk.

If I where TW, I would be seriously considering shipping international especially to Canada and USA at the moment until the FDA thing is sorted. Especially with all the moaning that goes on, sometimes a customer is just not worth it in the long run.

I have on many occasions refused to sell to people how I deem to be trouble as I don't need the hassle or the cost expense to help a miserable person.

My thoughts echo your own on the edit Elendil.........Lets let abe have a chance to resolve this before anyone else who has had a "bad" experience with TW bring up past issues here on this thread!:(The Wiz!

Why dump it? Now you have nothing to send back if you changed your mind. You now have truly wasted your money. Silly Billy! I would have spent the few $$ and sent it back, what would you loose? They would have made up for it. You can chalk this up as "growing up" pains.

BTW, it is not nice to flame a supplier on an open forum when they responded back with a reasonable reply. They have done nothing wrong. They need to protect themselves from scammers out there (not say you are one) and now that you through away the rest of the liquid, who is to say that you didn't fill it in another bottle just to try and get more? (not saying you did)

threw it away only after i did not get a response back from them after 5 days. i have already written the money off and do not expect a replacement

They did respond you fool with a request to RMA it back to them. It is clearly stated on thier website.

You refused.

Your lose.

Don't come onto a site and slate them for your mistake or lack of understanding of the terms and conditions or impatience.

Ok thats too long with no reply for an internet retailer in my book. There is no reason they could not have responded again telling you that they are refusing your request for a prepaid envelope.

However I do agree that if the process is in their terms, then its tough - not sure if they have these terms stated at POS or not.

I do not agree that all posts about issues should be in the suppliers own thread. They get deleted like mine. The community here will pretty quickly pass judgement as you see here already  But in their thread is a good place to start and if they are rude or not following their own terms, post in the public forum.

It Seems to be getting a habit of new forum members to slate suppliers on somewhat contencious issues. I have just read a thread entitled "Totally Wicked Sucks" the issue there is leaky fluid (supposedly).

All my fluid is in effect triple sealed, it has a plastic very tight fitting bung in the neck of the bottle, second a childproof cap that is also fitted with a leak resistant seal is screwed on, then we seal them with a plastic seal.

I can honestly say that since we packaged our bottles this way not one other has leaked..Too my knowledge.

Sometimes users spill it trying to get the plastic insert out... But it has not leaked.

Additionally how do i know this new member just isnt out for a fight, or has decided to join to trash a supplier??

I believe my policy is fair, many times prior to implementation i sent replacements out on a promise from a customer that they would return the defective item..Many times nothing appeared. I cannot send thin air back to the manufacturer.

I understand the frustration but i know of no other industry where you buy a product, its either doa or becomes defective within its warranty and they say"no worries we will replace, send it back whenever" .

All faulty goods need returning before exchange...Surely thats fair??? If not i would be interested in knowing why not.

Copied from another thread.
