At Jason's request:
It Seems to be getting a habit of new forum members to slate suppliers on somewhat contencious issues. I have just read a thread entitled "Totally Wicked Sucks" the issue there is leaky fluid (supposedly).

All my fluid is in effect triple sealed, it has a plastic very tight fitting bung in the neck of the bottle, second a childproof cap that is also fitted with a leak resistant seal is screwed on, then we seal them with a plastic seal.

I can honestly say that since we packaged our bottles this way not one other has leaked..Too my knowledge.

Sometimes users spill it trying to get the plastic insert out... But it has not leaked.

Additionally how do i know this new member just isnt out for a fight, or has decided to join to trash a supplier??

I believe my policy is fair, many times prior to implementation i sent replacements out on a promise from a customer that they would return the defective item..Many times nothing appeared. I cannot send thin air back to the manufacturer.

I understand the frustration but i know of no other industry where you buy a product, its either doa or becomes defective within its warranty and they say"no worries we will replace, send it back whenever" .

All faulty goods need returning before exchange...Surely thats fair??? If not i would be interested in knowing why not.

I would appreciate if someone can cut and paste the above on the "Totally Wicked sucks "thread.

I cannot respond as i can only post on my private forum ie here..

Why do people feel the need to bash the suppliers on the forums where others can read it? If you have a problem with the suppliers, TAKE IT UP WITH THEM! You don't go bashing them out in the open, so that others can then share their experiences as well..

It's just not right! You wouldn't go telling your friends that so-and-so has this or that, just so that other can spread it around, would you? That's how rumors get started.. All you're doing is DESTROYING their name as well as YOURS!

Grow up a bit!

They did respond you fool with a request to RMA it back to them. It is clearly stated on thier website.

You refused.

Your lose.

Don't come onto a site and slate them for your mistake or lack of understanding of the terms and conditions or impatience.

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within.. blah blah blah.

Hence why i inspected my atomizers and found the dead one and called. Put in an envelope as requested and waiting a replacement.

Your are missing the point Billy, they asked you to send back for refunds, replacement and you questioned it and now want to make an issue out of it. You were given the returns policy and you don't accept it, then your fault. You have also burnt your bridges with throwing away the rest of it and publically slating TW on the internet.

Right off to the pub now. Behave everyone.

Well said Jason.

BTW : French Pipe is NICE :)

TW isn't quite Apple in size or power and this would mean extra expense to all other buyers to cover the additional costs of such an operation.

Have a look around the other suppliers and see if you can find one that does it. I can guess what the answer is.

the only one i know that exchanges without you sending it back first is njoy....

Email is sometimes not a reliable way of contacting a supplier. Give it time and if no response is heard pick up the dog & bone and give erm a call :) Although TW is not my primary supplier when I have ordered from them in the UK the liquid has been well sealed top quality stuff.

I've never had a problem with them either, but if I did, I'd not advertise it here....

So what do you suggest? Nobody can post dissatisfaction and only praise can be posted? There are enough TW fanboys around for anybody with an IQ above that of a gerbil to reach their own conclusions.

Better get deleting all those posts about Smoking Everywhere mods! :D

Like it or not, business is at the mercy of customer feedback. Some is reasonable, some not. Thats life.

Does nobody remember all the posts about the Janty paypal surcharge? They changed their terms as a result of feedback. Dont put an end to such posts, they can sometimes be a good thing.
