So what do you suggest? Nobody can post dissatisfaction and only praise can be posted? There are enough TW fanboys around for anybody with an IQ above that of a gerbil to reach their own conclusions.

Like it or not, business is at the mercy of customer feedback. Some is reasonable, some not. Thats life.

Does nobody remember all the posts about the Janty paypal surcharge? They changed their terms as a result of feedback. Dont put an end to such posts, they can sometimes be a good thing.


i think the point in this was that you can try you can say you have an issue but wow didn't even try is the big part..ok lets get on a public forum complain about the service and when im asked to send back the remainer i throw it away? and then complain cause im out the money for it when i didn't take the time to read the disclaimer? hmmmmmm yeah THAT make a TON of sense. seriously.......i had an issue with a supplier it was handled i was happy i even posted their information on my myspace and facebook accounts cause i was so happy...the suppliers make it right. this whole industry is new and supplies will have issues/problems and for all anyone knows customs had something to do with it. no one knows..... there is my rant

I ordered juice they sent wrong juice,after phone call sent right juice.Ordered kit with spare parts got kit no parts,after phone call got parts.Adomizer died 3 weeks no problem have extra.that was DOA.Phone call sent back but not registered so have no proof that was 2 months ago.Still have not got replacement so I took the loss and won't buy from them.Out of 2 orders 2 were screwed up.Sould I have to go thru this NO so no need to bash just buying elsewhere.Just my exp.

I oredered a bottle of french pipe from TW UK about 4-6 weeks ago. delivery was fine but the bottle was leaking, so much so the label on the bottle was coming off it was completley sodden. this was a childproof cap with the plastic dropper.
Don't know how much was lost, Not much I imagine.
Just thought I'd share as some a saying they can't see how it leaks out. well It can..

best add that i never reported it, sh*t happens..If half a bottle was gone , that would be a different kettle of fish tho. :)

Something I noticed that nobody has mentioned.

His E-Mail

recieved my order friday, was so looking forward to 36mg. menthol. have to say your packaging is beautiful, childproof cap, plastic neck sleeve, foamwraps around the bottle, two boxes snugly placed into another box. all that is useless though when the cap has not been tightened. it was not the shipping that did it cause i always check packaging carefully to be sure my liqiud has not been tampered with. when i opened package
out came the fluid all over the place.

My Analysis

What I see says how beautiful the packaging is!! Then states when i opened package out came the fluid all over the place.

Question when did TW start using liquid proof boxes?? If 1/2 a bottle was spilled packaging would be destroyed outer box would even be wet

More to the point is the fact that when the OP did contact TW he was given a course of action (Which to me, seemed reasonable) to follow to resolve the complaint. The course of action wasn't to the OP's liking, so here we are in a bash TW thread...........

It's not about being a fanboy. Give the company a chance to resolve the issue, before bashing. The OP was told "send it back and we'll take care of you" How that deserves this thread is beyond me......

When you purchase an item at a B&M store and there is a problem, do you make them reimburse for the gas you used to return the item, or do you just call them, scream, and they messenger a replacement right over?

Sometime people just have to grow up. Climb out of your Mom's basement, and join the real world.

Personally I would not say TW sucks and it might be a real nice idea if people with either praise or complaints would specify which TW.

Personally my luck with TWUSA has been mixed. Juice has worked out OK but the great 901 fiasco has made my neighbors less than happy about my recommedations anymore, that I have the same problems does help some though :).

I had a hard time getting Patti to understand the problems, but at that time I think they were burried in orders and problems and doing their best to get it all worked out.

Being that it is damn difficult to get down to the post office and get mine mailed back (disabled) I'll hopefully be able to get someone to take me down and get it sent back. Hopefully, like my neighbors, I won't get a second set of bad batteries :-/. They decided to order 901 batteries elsewhere and are now happy with the 901s they got.

Yes, problems can be frustrating for everyone involved but TW does seem to try to make things right. I'm not sure they can or would even be able to check out each and every item they ship. Especially under the conditions that have been and are still going on for all of us :-(.

Yes I am new but I am a sever and to treat any customer any way but with respect is wrong .Yes I know I brought their food right out after putting in it 2 mins ago but if they say it is cold I remake it. Because some people just like to complain to be the center of attention, I don`t find another server to talk nasty to them because I can`t. (copy /paste response in here). I thought this was a good place. Yes noobie could have handled it different but you don`t have to be mean to get it across. Just ignore the post. Some of the rules and regulations of these places are hard to find( yea I know, I don`t usally play on the computer, I prefer to read or play with me son). But on a good note I truely believe e-cigs are saving my life.

In reading these posts and being a newb, I feel that if a customer is not happy or if there is an issues that others should be aware of it should be posted. To compare flaming ( in another post) and a legit complaint is not the same. As a customer I need information that is not bias- I need real information. It is easy to blame the customer such as, just send it back, or any other reasoniing, but the fact remains it is money out of the customers pocket to pay the return shipping and it is the responsiblity of the company to ship these order right ( no matter how buzy they get- no excuse). Otherwise the price goes up, while the customer service and product goes down, its common sense. :D
