EU Totally Wicked TPD Challenge Ruled Inadmissible?

I was poking around the internet for an update on Totally Wicked's Article 20 challenge to the TPD. I think There was a ruling Two Weeks Ago (04/05/16) which ruled that the question was inadmissible as hypothetical.

I can't find anything from Totally Wicked on this nor any other news. Just wondering if anyone else had details?
