Alright, so first and foremost, I understand TW isn't crazy popular for what went down with UK Vapors...

However, I can't review them on the basis of their personality. I can, however, state that they have taken care of me for the past 3 years with the kind of graciousness and professionalism that I don't generally expect from an e-cig vendor (yes, I know that sounds terrible, but given the huge number of fly-by-night vendors, I consider TW to be the exception not the rule).

Most importantly, in my book, the quality of their products surpasses any other vendor I have dealt with (besides Good Prophets). I have atomizers and batteries from '09 that still function surprisingly well. No, they're not like brand new, but they get the job done. I have found that their atomizers will pretty much last me until I start smoking again (which is usually every 6 months or so) and will continue to work when I go back to the e-cig. I currently have the eGo-style (originally a tornado tank, but now I use it with a dual coil, so I don't quite know how to classify that), and the tank atomizers from March are still kicking with daily use up until 2-3 weeks ago when I got my dual coils. I don't clean my atomizers, I abuse the living heck out of them, and they still work quite well.

Shipping is fast, and processing never seems to take more than a day. Usually I get shipping confirmation that day (except when I've ordered on Sundays), which is awesome 'cause I'm an instant gratification kinda gal.

Last, but not least, their customer service is awesome. My last order was missing the battery portion of the pass-through I had ordered (the box was still unopened, so I'm assuming manufacture-error), I called customer service right away and spoke to Suzanne, who is quite possibly the nicest woman ever. Took a total of 3 minutes for her to get the info she needed, and an hour after our phone conversation, I received a replacement order email. Didn't have to send anything back (I had only received the USB cable), didn't have to have a long conversation. Without hesitation, they made things right. You don't see that very often, but it is greatly appreciated.
