Totally Wicked's poor service!

I've been getting all my e-cigs and liquid from TW USA. Never had a problem. The only problem i have is with the $40 in shipping they charge.. and it takes anywhere from 3-4 weeks for me to get my package. Though this is probably since I live in Canada. Other than that TW has been a great company to do business with. And only once have i gotten a defective atty from a MP.

I guess I am just a "milktoast" or it could be that I have worked with the public off and on all of my life in financial or retail environments, but, I recieved a bad atty from a vendor recently, but the rest of their service was wonderful. I am the poorest of the poor but I just took the loss because its just a faulty atty, not their fault nor mine. I also just tonight found out why my 510 attys are dying on me; its because of me, I'm not only putting them on big batteries to drip, but I am also a very heavy vapor and I'm am killing my own attys by using them wrong. The more I read here and the more I ask questions from these people who are have so much information to share the more I am going to know and someday maybe I can help someone else.

I am glad I read this. They have a great deal on their 901 attys right now and I was thinking about getting some for my husband. There were other reports on and off about problems with their multipacks when I did a search. They are such a good deal I am tempted to try them, but I don't want to get screwed

every other company I have dealt with- quick nic and good prophets sent bad attys and a bad passthrough, sent me replacements no questions asked. They also sent extras. 2 other places- 1 shorted me an item and the other had the package lost by usps, resent my orders- one even sent them rush. Another company sent me juice where one of the bottles had leaked all over- they sent a replacement.
I have had nothing but good experiences so far and don't know if I want TW to ruin that. There are a good number of complaints about them in the supplier review forum

Moving to the Negative Reviews section....this will do two things one allow the supplier to reply if they wish to, and keep this from turning into a debate between members.

OP you will still be free to post on this thread in Negative reviews.........once you get your full membership status..just one more post for that.
