The only thing that is definite is that in every market there are pioneers who set the bar high, followers who try to reach and even surpass the pioneers, and copycats who just try to benefit from the crumbs the others leave behind. Well we all know who is who in this situation even though there are some they do not want to see it that way. I think nobody is trying to make enemies here. Some people choose to see things differently. Fair enough. We all made our point and lets leave it at that. Continuing this debate is pointless.
