Ok I been lurkin for a while and reading some of the diff forums here. If I understand the rules right the newbies here have to post something like big number to be able to post on the big threads that everybody reads.
kind of sucks in a way cuz some I had ?'s on and some had responses too. But it is what it is.

Welcome! You're able to post your questions in this section and the friendly people of the community tend to try to help. You only need 5 posts before moving on to other sections, which is only a question or two and a couple of posts saying hello ( not much of a requirement at all, from a free forum site filled with great information) :D

Although you may think veterans spend more time elsewhere....but if you take the time
to read thru this forum, you'll probably be VERY suprised at how many vets post and
help noobs in this forum. This forum also helps introduce yourself and lets others know
where you are at in your vaping journey.
I also spend alot of time here.....giving my thoughts, experiences and help to the
noobs and in doing this, I hope to give others help who are just starting out
and repay in my way....for the help and support that I received when I first came
to this forum.
I found out, that this forum is NOT your typical forum but more or less is like a family
member helping you out along the way.
So glad you found your way here and hope to hear more from ya!

Very well put, Gran! We all love to help. In the interest of full disclosure, I would add "slightly disfunctional" to the family title but am in full agreement. Hope that you come to love the ECF as much as we all do. Welcome!

This is exactly what has impressed me the most in reading countless threads on ECF in the last few weeks. Active online forums, whether with small or large membership can be informative but each has their own feeling of community...or lack of community. Especially with it's size, the general feeling of inclusion, the help and direction given to those at all stages (whether to vaping or even simply using online forums) and the low percentage of knee jerk rude responses is both impressive and welcoming.

You should have seen the Sony Socom forums when I joined them in 2007 and for a few years afterwards..totally dysfunctional..fights, lots of bannings..I even got banned during a flame war when I was being called a liar and cheater by the liars and cheaters I was fighting against..I should have just ignored them, I wouldn't have been banned but they got the best of me and I was new to forums then..I learned..anyways later on I was hand picked (1 of about 50) to private beta test the next Socom..oh well Socom is done for and it seems so are my gaming days..they would make these forums seem really tame and functional :D

Would posting btt 5 times fulfill the requirment?

What is btt? Urban Dictionary has a lot of different meanings for it..unless it's a typo? Anyways you probably have to post something that won't get deleted..if it's spam as in posting to just get 5 posts the mods could delete said posts...

btt would stand for back to top which would normally move a thread to the top of a page.
Guess I never understood what spamming was/is guess I know now.

According to Urban Dictionary it can also mean back to topic..on there it has 7 meanings~> Urban Dictionary: btt

It's why I asked but I figured he meant something like that and was going to spam lol and sure enough by the time I posted he spammed and not long after the mods set him strait..the mods are on the ball here :)
