I bet that got your attention ! :)

If this has been posted before, mods please delete this.

Anyway, my neighbor sent me this link to an article that talks about various 'heavy metals' found in e-cig vapor (supposably from the heating of the coil).

It from a website called "IFL Science!", which I have never heard of.

Anyway ... here it is:

Fake science is so scary. Next they will be saying your coils are causing global warming
Global warming is quite real though. There’s a gigantic difference between one uncorroborated “study” and tens of thousands of scientists throughout the world doing separate research that literally all points in the exact same direction

The only problem I have with the GW data is that we do not have the technology to accurately measure when it started.
It seems more theoretical instead of hard data.
F.I. The absence of heat has been changed over the years due to the technology at that particular time. -451f is the supposedly the absence of heat, now will there be more advanced methods developed that will change that? , possibly, most likely.
I believe the Earth is round but absolutely disagree with the science used that states how old the Earth is. Millions or billions of years? I want to see the 'made on' date, not theory.

Same goes for the science and vague information that is being released to the public concerning vaping.

My personal guess is quite a long time before we had the technology to notice it was even happening. This doesn’t make the data we do have unsound though. As for the concept of 0 kelvin being the absence of heat (which iirc is quite a bit below -451f) they’ve done tests to reach close to zero kelvin by doing things like stopping the motion of atoms. That theory has proved sound too.

As for dissatisfaction with theory that one no one can help you with. Science by definition is incapable of proving anything true. It can only prove things false. The way they g t towards truth is try everything they can to prove things false and fail to do so. This is also why single uncoroberated studies are nearly useless. A study is a single data point, and an uncoroberated study isn’t even that. The bs happens when someone takes this partial data and announces that it alone proves X. It doesn’t. It implies the possibility of X but that is all. When you get lots of data points is when science starts to get amazingly accurate. There are tens of thousands about global warming, and millions about the shape and age of the earth. You cN demand positive proof if you want but you’re spitting against the wind when you do it.

It's awful windy here! Lol
So in theory everything is wrong.[emoji6]

My DIY is subtly infused with 70s dub reggae. I find that heavy metal leaves a bitter after taste on my palate.
