TPA/FA cheese cake possibly contaminated bottle delivered

Received a bottle of cheese cake and noticed a couple little white flakes in the bottle, I wrote to tpa/fa but got no response. any one have any idea what it is or if the flavor is safe?

Okay, so I don't know what TPA/FA is? Hard to tell if the juice is contaminated or not, it may be an artifact of the ingredients used to make it. I would not vape it though until I knew for certain.
