Any sour 20% with black cherry and watermelon recipes? I have been messing with the sour for a few day and I get no sour at all or some messed up coils almost instantly. Two weeks ago I made one and it was the best I gave it to the guy that was asking for it as a sample now I can't find where I wrote it down. He wants to order the flavor now and I can't duplicate it. Any help would be great.
And one of my favorite mixes with tfa flavors is
12% mango
8% energy cow (is what I think they call it)
And your nic and fav pg vg blend and vape away think I vaped that for a whole month lol

I've been enjoying TFA chai tea. I have nothing to compare it with except for the actual drink. Its possible I tasted the flavor at a local B&M but evidently did not leave a lasting impression.

The first sample I mixed chai tea by itself at 10% 50/50 pg/VG. Let it steep for a little over a week - maybe two. I originally made it for someone else. But he who hesitates.,.

I usually vape energy drink or a mix with ry4d. So chai tea is quite diff to me than my usual.

Today I mixed 8% chai tea with 1% sweet cream, 1% vanilla swirl and about 4 drops of sweetener in a 15ml bottle. 60/40 pg/VG.

I been vaping the chai tea mix in a I clear 30b which is another new device for me since I typically drip in a Atty or use a top coil vision.
It's tough to tell how much the vanilla swirl will come thru since I just mixed it earlier today. So tmwr I'm going to mix 8% chai tea with about 2-3% vanilla swirl.

In currently also drinking a chai tea with sweet cream. The when I vape my chai mix it matches my drink perfectly.

For me the vanilla swirl took the edge/bite off the chai flavor. I started low with the sweet cream and vanilla as I did not want to make it to creamy.

Any one else have interesting recipes with chai ?

I love the drink but haven't tried the vape yet because I've seen so many mixed reviews. I guess I'll have to add it to my "want" list.

Evem though i'm too flush with flavors now and won't be getting it soon, it was nice reading about it….thanks

I'm finding I'm revisiting flavors I've tried before -- ones I either ordered online or from B&M. Just because I can regulate the amount of flavor, know what flavor I'm using and like the nic/pg/VG combo I'm currently using. Each ingredient is a small amount. But with all the right ingredients combined I can make a good vapable juice.

Taste buds change? Sure!
Will I be vaping it in a few months..

I been vaping tfa energy drink ADV for about 4 months. About a week ago I decide to add a few drops of champagne to it. So it may grow in to a new ADV flavor.

DIY job security! :)

I'm going to need a juice calculator that can handle more than 5 flavors, I've gone well over that a few times. "e-Juice Me Up" was fine at first... :(

I've been using dot1ml | E-liquid calculator & recipe database and it's pretty awesome. Stores everything online…you can add as many flavors as you need…exports to ejuicemeup. You can set your base nic and base mix and then automatically adapt the recipe to your settings. Pretty cool. The only drawback that I see is that there's no way to make recipes private if you wanted to but that's not an issue for me.

I too had a hard time making flavors pop. So I just stick with the recipes on this form. I have also upgraded to better tanks. I notices that bottom coils will give me the best flavor and more air flow. Kanger Aerotank is my new toy and I really love its performance. duel bottom coil with air flow regulator (opened all the way) and a pyrex tank.

basics you need to know are:
1) Higher percentage of a flavor is not always better. it can cause the opposite affect. (Desensitizes the nose)
yes flavor is read my the nose, not the tongue. that is why when you when your nose is clogged all you taste is sweet, bitter, ect.
cool test. drink a juice while plugging your nose and see what you taste. Then release your nose and BAM! flavor.

2) Make a simple batch with a single flavor. http://http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/336110-flavor-apprentice-flavoring-thread-156.html has a great list for single flavor percentages. start on the low end or in the middle of the range.

3) Single percentages are not the values for multiple flavor recipes.
EX: 10% mtn dew is great on its own, but in a mix it can be over powering.
5% mtn dew, 5% or more strawberry in a two flavor mix what you do. or opposite percentages if you want the other to pop.

4)multi-flavor recipes should not exceed 20% total when combining flavor percents.

5) PG is a better flavor carrier.
I use AG which is VG mixed with 15% water to thin the liquid and make it wick great!
The way I mix is: 25% VG, 40% AG, ~20% flavor, ~15% PG

6) Let it STEEP!!! shake it everyday. Dont keep it out in the light. Try a drip of it the next day.
Only Single Flavors taste good the first day and that is if shake it a lot and the eliquid is thin like water. (AG!!)

7) Make sure your coils are not gonked up from dark eliquids or High VG.
I dont have a problem with my High VG mixes, I think it is cause of the water added. dont know.

8) Creams take longer to steep.

9) There is more others can add, but this form is for recipes and I think you will get the hang of it. chefs have to practice cooking to and this is similar.

thanks cremonies…. nice info. i like simple organized instructions.

especially about the AG haven't seen that abbreviation before, but thats the next thing i will do as i've gotten most of the other points. I have seen that many use filtered or distilled water as a percentage, and thanks for putting out your basic recipe blueprint that way.
"The way I mix is: 25% VG, 40% AG, ~20% flavor, ~15% PG" (with 20% flavor being adjustable +/- )

I couldn't get you link to work, but i have a TFA % list saved from these threads… i assume its TFA?

I guess because TFA is the most well known and comprehensive vendor we can get that info…

(I'm trying to make % lists of the other flavor brands myself)

Nice list! I agree with almost everything you mentioned.
