My apologies if this has already been answered somewhere, I looked, I swear!

Anyways, I wanted to try a recipe that had "Butter Flavor" and have butter flavoring from like, the grocery store in the baking aisle. Are they the same and/or can they be used interchangeably?

That is flavoring for food. From what I understand it is not recommended for vaping.

Careful with "butter" flavorings! Diacetyl is commonly used as a butter flavor substitute and is known to be extremely hazardous to inhale (read the warnings on the announcements section above). Personally, I'd stick with the reputable suppliers for flavor sources as they do lots of research and do their best to not sell us anything that would be considered unsafe.

I like Juicey Peach TFA ... one of my all time fave fruits from them...
Here's a twist on a Peach
from Uno Mas, that lots love; including myself!
Peachy Glee
Peach (Juicy) (TFA) 7%
Honeysuckle (TFA) 8%
Cinnamon (Natural) (TFA)* 1%
Ethyl Maltol 10% diluted (TFA) 2%

But I eliminate the EM because its known to have a short effect and diminishes overall flavors after that.
You can also sub just abut anything with Cinamon (that complements fruit; ie. Cin. Churro or Cin danish).
Its the cinamon that gives it a different but nice twist. (and Honeysuckle is pretty divine too)

OK, so I have been playing with creams and can't seem to figure them out. My creams are just too sweet, or allow the base to overpower them. I have been trying various mixes in an attempt to mock Chai Tea Party by Caterpillar. For some reason I can't seem to get the "latte" portion down. The Chai is overpowering. I have tried sweet cream, Horchata, marshmallow, various caramel and caramel based sweeteners, vanillas... I have 10 additives that should work, but nothing is throwing itself out front like I want it to.

Oh yeah, I am keeping my mixes at 6mg at this time, using 50/50, and dripping sub ohm.

I have a feeling that my 20% flavoring is too much. But for some reason I cannot balance my sweet with a nice creamy taste. If I could find a balance, I could work it down.

What is it that you guys are doing to get a nice creamy "latte" flavor? PLEASE help. My head is buzzing bad from my trials, and I just can't vape anymore. I am tired of throwing out my mixes.

Tried the Andes Mint recipe and decided to modify it because the peppermint overpowered the chocolate.

8% Peppermint
4% Double Chocolate (Clear)
Koolada 1 drop per 2 ml
Sweetener 2 drops per 2 ml

Also made a Pluidy type flavor (supposedly, I've never had real pluid so idk)

Blinker Pluid

Absinthe 4.5%
Koolada 1%
Licorice 1%
Citrus punch 4.5%

It's super sweet, the absinthe and licorice mix well for a deep candy flavor and the citrus punch just gives it a bit of twang. Not perfected but still really good!

I have a recipe that kills coils rapidly, like in a day or two.

My microcoil wicked with cotton on a Kayfun 3.1 looked like a charcoal briquette. I pulled the wick and dry burned it and some of it still wouldn't go away. I had to scrape it off with a screwdriver.

The ingredients are:
  • TFA Horchata
  • TFA Butter Rum
  • TFA French Vanilla
  • TFA Caramel Cappuccino
  • TFA Vannillin
  • TFA Sweetener
  • TFA Smooth
Anybody have any idea which one or ones would be the culprit?

have you tried TFA Sweet Cream? I'm curious because I use that all the time... to smooth out fruit flavors. Haven't tried it in anything else but my experience with it tells me it should be great in bakery or coffee flavors...

If I go with around 6 to 8% its creamy. If i go high (10% +) still creamy but it makes a cafe like flavor; almost like a latte even alone.
